Hopper Feeder

A hopper feeder is an automated feeding system designed to dispense parts in a controlled manner from a bulk hopper into a primary feeder, such as a bowl feeder. Its main function is to increase system autonomy and feeding capacity in automated production lines, ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted flow of parts.

Hopper feeders are commonly used to extend runtime and reduce operator intervention in high-volume assembly and robotic applications.

    • Configurable capacity: Hopper size and volume are customized based on part type, weight, and required autonomy.
    • Controlled material flow: Adjustable motor and sensor system maintains a consistent supply of parts to the primary feeder.
    • Seamless integration: Engineered to complement bowl feeders, assembly lines, and robotic cells.
